Introduction Blog

 Hi! My name is Mackenzie Tasker and I am double majoring in english and secondary education. I chose these majors because I've always wanted to be a high school teacher and I loved english class when I was in high school. Some hobbies I have are being outside, I love to go camping and hiking. I also love to travel and seeing everything I can and experiencing new things. 

  I found this photo interesting because it was my first camping trip of the year and I also learned how to ride a dirt bike on this trip. 

I personally don't play any music but I love to listen to music. I am constantly listening to music, I don't know what I would do without it. My favorite type of music is folk music. My favorite artists are Noah Kahan, Mt. Joy and The 502s. I would go to more concerts if there were more in Alaska, but I always make sure to go to the fair concerts. Last year I was able to go to Noah Kahan and this last year I saw Mt. Joy. I love going to concerts and hope to go to many more in the future.
